Steffi Green, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant with a strong passion for both physical and mental health. She has a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, with a particular focus on women’s mental health. Steffi is dedicated to helping women regain joy and improve their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.

Originally from Chickasha, Oklahoma, Steffi grew up near the Festival of Lights with her parents, Steve and Mary. From a young age, she was actively involved in dance, choir, gymnastics, and cheerleading—experiences that helped foster her appreciation for balance, discipline, and self-expression.

Steffi holds two undergraduate science degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from UCO. Before pursuing a career in medicine, she worked in the home-building industry, gaining experience in sales, accounting, storage facility management, and executive support roles. While these roles were valuable, she ultimately felt called to healthcare and returned to school to pursue her passion.

She earned her Master of Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Physician Associate Program in 2021. Since graduating, Steffi has worked in both psychiatry and family medicine, allowing her to provide a well-rounded, holistic approach to patient care.

Outside of work, Steffi enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and their sons, Coleman and Cason, as well as extended family and friends. Her interests include involvement at Crossings Community Church, DIY home projects, singing, fitness, and nutrition.
